Attributed to eastern Virginia or North Carolina, circa 1770, yellow pine secondary, two-part form, upper dovetailed case with an applied stepped cornice molding, three upper side-by-side drawers, the left and right with wooden finger locks, above two side-by-side drawers above three long drawers, all graduated and lipped, full dustboards, the base with applied waist molding, two side-by-side drawers above two long deep drawers all lipped and graduated, with full dustboards, fluted canted corners, applied molded conforming base with shaped bracket foot facings with spurs.

74.5 x 43.5 x 22.5 in.; Case width 40 in.

Replaced pulls; several drawers with lip breaks and losses, some lip repairs; some drawer runners rebuilt; some drawer guides replaced, some loose but present; triangular five-inch cut and patch to top left back bottom corner; later interior brace block right inside of lower case; left rear foot facing later.
