Ink, colors, and metallics on paper, probably Rajasthani, a very finely painted royal procession featuring a maharaja and dignitaries riding atop elephants surrounded by jeweled colored dressed figures carrying flags, signed J. Mudgal to lower right of border, professionally framed with double mats, not examined outside of the frame.
