Circa 1880, in the manner of R.J. Horner, including one armchair and four side chairs, each with incised urn finials, carved mask crest rail, spiral turned stiles, horse hair upholstery with brass nailhead trim on spiral twist legs with paw feet, stretcher base, on casters, unmarked.

Armchair 48.5 x 28.5 x 21 in., seat height 19 in.

Later horsehair upholstery in good condition; the armchair with an old area of loss to the front left leg at side; several with splintering to the rear of back at bottom rail (likely from reupholstering, now secure).
