Edgar Miner studied at Guy Wiggins Art School in Essex, Connecticut and at the National Academy of Design in New York. After serving in the US Army during WWII, he returned to Connecticut and became a member of the Lyme Art Association in 1949.

Some loss to upper left frame corner; else in good estate condition.
