Frame dimensions

Joseph Conover Claghorn was born in Philadelphia, but most associated with Washington, D. C. and Bethesda, Maryland. He is best known for his finely worked etchings and watercolors, such as the present painting. Several of his works are in the collection of the Smithsonian American Art Museum.

Good estate condition - not examined out of the frame.
