A Pair of Dutch Delft Polychrome Vases De Drie Porseleine Fleschen
Lot Details & Additional Photographs
One vase bears the under-glaze blue mark of Hugo Brouwer, circa 1764, while the matching vase bears the mark of Rochus Hoppelstein, both vases of baluster form with a wide mouth, painted in five colors featuring large reserves of parrots alternating with reserves of a flowering vine.

9 1/2 x 7 1/2 in.

The Caroline Faison Antiques Collection, Greensboro, North Carolina

Possibly Hoppelstein left "The Old Moor's Head" and later worked for Brouwer.

Very good condition with minor rim flakes.
