19th century, two part form, oak and pine with a later two tone green paint, pegged construction, scalloped broken arch pediment, two hinged glazed doors with six window lights each, scalloped shelf interior in blue paint, glazed panel sides, set on a pierced, carved and scalloped skirt base with cabriole legs.
