Circa 1840, two part form, poplar and white pine secondary, upper case with two hinged glazed doors with divided interior, hinged writing desk opens to reveal a black leather writing surface, three fitted drawers, hinged storage compartments (one lid with old pencil enscription reading "Frank A. Roach?, July 5th, 1886, Newburgh Village, ME"), mounted to a column pedestal with four scrolled feet.
