Circa 1840, Western North Carolina region, yellow pine secondary, hinged slant lid with loper supports, central prospect door with four open compartments, two upper side-by-side drawers with large dovetailing above two paneled lower cabinet doors, shelved interior, applied turned half columns, paneled sides, boldly scrolled front feet, turned and tapered rear feet.
