Harnett (American, 1847-1914), signed at lower left, depicting figures with a horse-drawn cart by the shore, sailing boats on the waters, matted and framed under glass (Frame dimensions 9 1/2 x 18 1/2 in.); the second an unsigned watercolor on paper, glued to card stock, unframed (image 6 1/2 x 9 1/2 in.).
