Walnut case, hinged tombstone door with 24KT églomisé reading "Fashion", upper painted metal face with Roman numerals, subsidiary second dial and marked "Patented Dec. 28, 1875", lower calendar dial marked "Southern Calendar Clock Co., St. Louis, MO., Patented March 18th, 1879", with brass bell strike, removable turned wood finials, with key and pendulum.
