19th century, hand-painted over pewter pear shaped coffee pot standing on high shaped cabriole legs terminating in ball feet. The lid with original ebonized wood knob. The front beautifully decorated with windmill scene and gilt decoration. The pockets are cone-shaped and are painted a deep red with gilt edge treatment (minor bends and paint loss; good condition) (11 in.).
