Apparently a very rare title only available as a reprint. The market for the 1793 printing of The Theory and Practice of Malting and Brewing appears to be the present copy and another sold by Sotheby's as part of a group lot in 1937.

Chips and losses to the boards with splits at hinges; binding remains intact; the the text with typical damp stains and age toning; overall good condition.
