Emily Dillard was a well-known painter in Dallas, Texas. She studied with Flank Klepper, Frank Reaugh, and Vivian Aunspaugh. She exhibited frequently from the 1930s until the 1950s, including the Fort Worth Texas Art Exhibitions, Aunspaugh Art Club, Dallas Allied Arts, Frank Reaugh Art Club, Telenews Galleries, Frank Klepper Art Club, and the La Fiesta of Art in Dallas.
