Unknown makers, the first having a 32-1/2 in. steel blade etched with floral patterns, a gilt iron guard, its knuckle bow fitted with brass collection disc stamped "RHM / 334," the wooden grip wrapped in leather secured with wire, the japanned iron scabbard with two suspension rings (numerous nicks to blade; surface wear throughout; scabbard throat detached; fair condition); the second with 32-3/4 in. curved blade, gold-paint remnants on iron guard and wooden grip, two mounts for suspension rings on iron scabbard (a few trivial nicks to blade; overall wear; the scabbard with some corrosion and dents, one piercing the surface; fair condition).
