A two gallon crock, attributed to PA., decorated in the round with brushed cobalt foliage, impressed capacity mark (12 in.) (rim, handle, and base chips); the second is a jar one gallon size brushed with cobalt leaves (10 in.) rim chip; large flake near base); the third is jug, probably NY., with bale handle, rusted metal cap, marked "4" meaning four quarts (10 1/4 x 8 in.); (irregular area near base 'tipping' handle; 1 in. rim chip).
