20th century, patinated cast bronze, the tallest after Emile Louis Picault (French, 1839-1915), of a standing Roman soldier, with raised insignia "Honor Patria" to base front (16 3/4 in.) (some loss to scabbard by left hand); the second of a Greco Roman male holding horn with lion skin draped over shoulder (HOA 11 in.) (verdigris to underside); the third after Bernanowitch Hirsch Feinberg (Russian, 19th century), a classical style portrait bust of German composer Richard Wagner, signed along with impressed Parisian stamp in the casting to recto (1813-1883) (HOA 9 in.).
