Born in Budapest, Alexander Kelety emigrated to France following the First World War. He studied in Toulouse and Paris, eventually exhibiting several times at the Paris salons through the 1920s and 1930s. The bronze offered here is among his most impressive Art Deco designs and rare to come to market.
