Each oil on Masonite, each signed at lower right; the titled Spring Day Near Sherman's, inscribed and dated 1972 on the verso, framed (Frame dimensions 12 x 15 in.); the second depicting a spring field with apple blossoms, framed (Frame dimensions 12 x 15 in.); and the third a snowy landscape with red barn, framed (board 9 x 12 in.).

Originally from Ohio, Richard Stalter moved to Gaylordsville, CT in March of 1964 to study with impressionist master Bernard Lennon. He paints on location and his work has been featured in numerous exhibitions and shows.

One frame with some loss and cracking to gilt composition ornament; else in good estate condition.
