11-1/4 in. engraved steel blade beneath an ornate grip hallmarked "84" on the back to indicate .875 fine silver; the scabbard's reverse is dated "1897" within a Cyrillic inscription, while the throat has a secondary "84" hallmark on the back.

Length in scabbard 18-1/2 in.

The silver elements show light wear with attendant marks from normal use and storage; the blade has considerable rusting and could benefit from restoration.
