Five pieces to include: a sgraffito footed center bowl, inscribed on the underside "Wayne L. Bates", 1980s, (4 x 13 1/2 in.); three small footed bowls, glyph mark "CH" (approx. 3 x 7 in.); a sgraffito charger also inscribed "Wayne L. Bates" (16 1/2 in.) with aperture for hanging. Bates is a potter from Western Kentucky.
