Mary Speight's Needlework Sampler

19th century, worked in multi-color silk thread on loose linen ground, with alpha-numeric rows above maker's name "Mary Speight Ageds" (?), with a two story house between floral design motifs, housed under glass in a cove molded mahogany veneer frame.

Frame dimensions 16.5 x 14 in.

Good estate condition; frame with veneer and gesso loss. Not examined out of frame.
