English, circa 1870, painted gray and parcel gilt, ornately carved foliate and floral scrolls with shaped diaper panel registers, surrounding an octagonal center of twelve bevel cut mirrored panels, flanked by two thin vertical side panels, and surmounted by a cartouche shaped pediment with centered relief mask of a female gazing downward.
