Attributed Baltimore, Maryland, circa 1830, mahogany veneer, poplar and white pine secondary, multi-part form, stepped and cove molded cornice above a vertically veneered book-matched frieze, two large hinged cabinet doors each with arched applied upper panel and highly figured burl veneers, rounded corners, the interior on the right side featuring four graduated flush mount drawers (each with high-grade burl veneers), the left side open, double paneled sides, molded base raised on four bold turned tapered feet.

A handsome form with quality mahogany veneers and unusual interior drawer configuration.

Surface staining and scratching to upper right case side; veneer chipping and losses at the center top of both cabinet doors; case scraping to left side; shrinkage separation splitting at base molding; interior left side with later shelf and bar for clothes hanging; overall good estate condition.
