In an open work design with milgrain detailing, center row set with old European cut diamonds weighing approximately 3.51 total carats (E-G color, VS-SI clarity) and the inner and outer borders set with old single cut round diamonds weighing approximately 1.25 total carats (E-G color, VS-SI clarity), completed with single pin stem stamped 14K and mount testing platinum, signed Cartier Paris Londres New York. Total diamond weight approximately 4.76 carats.
