Piedmont, North Carolina, circa 1820-30, poplar secondary, one part form, applied beveled cornice above an applied frieze with cut-out demilunes and hearts, this motif repeats itself on the skirt, two upper hinged doors with eight window lights each and molded mullions, shelved interior line up with horizontal mullions, applied waist molding, two lower paneled cabinet doors, canted corners, applied decorative bracket foot facing, feet are formed from the straight solid.

Upper and lower interior with later paint; rear exposed back boards with later paint; left and right front feet are original but have been cut; surface crazing and inconsistency on upper and lower case; later hinges; glass panels appear original, one lower right with cracks; lower blind panels with shrinkage separation; rear foot trimmed and now supported with a detached block.
