French, late 19th century, six light form, gilt metal scrolling candle arms and flowers rise from a flower basket perched atop the head of a seated cherub, the base support comprised of a fluted alabaster column on a shaped alabaster plinth flanked by gilt ormolu acanthus leaves and floral garlands.
