Mid 18th century, two seat form featuring a double scrolled concave crest rail, pierced back splat within a molded shoe, shaped arms with relief carved shell and scroll at arm terminus, over upholstered seat, raised on six cabriole legs, the front three with an acanthus and shell carved knee, raised pad foot, acanthus carved arm supports.
