Mike Rigsbee is a North Carolina visual artist. He studied design at NC State in Raleigh and received his BFA from East Carolina University in Greenville. His work was collected by the Bell family, owners of Garden Gallery, in Raleigh. He was commissioned in the 1980s to paint a watercolor of The Carolina Theatre of Durham as a fundraiser for the remodeling campaign.
