Mid-19th century, time and strike movement, painted tin or zinc dial set in an ornate painted iron frame with mother-of-pearl inlays; the wooden back affixed with a period calling card naming Charles Bachelor, "Agent of the New-York Patent Clock Company." Includes pendulum and key.

30 x 13-1/2 x3-1/2 in.

A 1966 label on the underside names horologist Maurice W. Read of Derry Village, New Hampshire as a refurbisher of the clock.
