To include: a black lacquerware rectangular box with decorative scene and gilt details to lid, titled "Pуслан" or "Ruslan" after the epic hero Ruslan in Alexander Pushkin's romantic narrative poem "Ruslan i Lyudmila," signed and numbered (1 x 1 3/4 x 2 1/8 in.); the second a black lacquerware with scenic street view of a river, and gilt border details, signed to lower edge (1 1/8 x 2 in.); two round black tole boxes, the widest with floral spray decoration to lid (1 1/4 x 3 1/8 in.), the taller with scarlet phoenix and floral branch decoration to lid (1 3/4 x 2 3/4 in.); a rectangular burlwood box; and last a wooden souvenir egg with clear lacquered finish depicting Rostov monastery and cityscape on the Don river (3 1/2 in.). All labeled.

Some crazing to clear finish on egg; some scattered scratches and rubbing to black surfaces; minor wear to gilt. Overall good estate condition.
