Ink and watercolor on paper, one appears to be French or German and the other possibly Venice, in similar framing.

Frame dimensions 21 3/4 x 18 1/4 in. (the first), 17 3/4 x 22 1/4 in. (the second)

Samuel Prout was a British watercolorist known for European townscapes and landscapes. He travelled extensively throughout Europe throughout the 1820s in Prague, France, Germany, and other countries. Prout was appointed Painter in Water-Colors[sic] in Ordinary to King George IV and later Queen Victoria. He also had a number of significant students and followers who were inspired by his work, including John Ruskin and David Roberts.

Good overall condition, with some light stains and few foxing marks; not examined out of frames.
