SeidenGang was started in the 1980s by Carol Seiden and Carolyn Gang. Inspired by Greco-Roman bas reliefs, they quickly became known for their antiquity-inspired jewelry. While breaking barriers as women designers, they also focused their sales directly to women who were starting to buy for themselves. Today, Carolyn Gang is still at the head of the company and selling directly to the customer.
