In a dome design centering on a bezel set oval cabochon ruby (15 x 12.85 mm) with stated weight of 12.08 carats and accented to the sides with a vertical row of channel set straight baguette cut rubies with stated weight of 1.72 total carats and further set to sides and profile with round brilliant cut diamonds with stated weight of 1.79 total carats (E-G color, VS clarity), with signature and stamped 18KP.

Ruby displays a slightly purplish red hue, dark tone, and moderately strong saturation.

JB Star Jewelry was founded in 1979 by Rafael Fouzailoff, whose father was one of the largest manufacturers of loose diamonds in Israel. Based in New York, Rafael says his creations are "a passion for precision" and "a labor of love."

Cabochon ruby has multiple nicks, a few surface reaching inclusions and abrasions visible under magnification; baguette cut rubies have a few chips and surface abrasions visible under magnification.
