Circa 1840, mahogany veneer, pine secondary, sarcophagus form hinged lid box with central carved rosette, divided and lidded interior with glass mixing well and two deep lead lined boxes, turned and reeded support on a quadruped concave base with suppressed ball feet.

Refinished; no key; hairline crack to glass well; shrinkage cracks at base.
