Mid 18th century, burl wood walnut veneers, mahogany, oak secondary, demilune form, hinged top with get-leg support, later suede playing surface, lower top also hinged opening to reveal an open storage compartment, lower skirt with gadrooned carving, tall cabriole legs with relief carved knee, stylized hoof foot with rear indention.
