Late 19th-early 20th century, the first has radiating floral reserves radiating from a central rondel, running floral edge band, (edge chips); the second a relief mermaid within a slightly domed center, the wide rim has relief masks alternating with sea life forms (minor marks to facial high points; underside rim chip) impressed mark "WSVS".
