Both are oil on board, both signed and inscribed, dated "Feb. 1999" to the verso, the first depicting an amaryllis in bloom, the second depicting a white orchid on a tabletop, framed.

Glenda was born in Southeast Georgia. Her early artistic influence came from paintings in her grandmother's home. She studied under Bill Hendrix, a well-known artist and art teacher on St. Simon's Island, Georgia.
