Recent timing chain service on 10/20, and a recent oil change; in the mid- 2000s many upgrades were added to the car to include the hard tonneau top covered in genuine leather, new convertible top with glass, and the seats covers were replaced with a leather kit; cold air intake with K&N filter charger was added; custom exhaust installed with side exit; with many other custom pieces such as the side skirts, pony grille and NEW Ford racing wheels were added; the factory prop rod under the hood was replaced with Redline Struts; Cobra carpeted floor mats still in plastic covering.

With evidence of some repaint to drivers side rear; overall good condition with some wear to driver's door card; new tires and wheels; no apparent concerns.
