Losi Cinello was born in Piacenzo and studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Bologna. His works were exhibited internationally, including at The Pittsburg International Exhibition of Contemporary Painting in 1958, The Renaissance Society in Chicago in 1966, The Union Art Gallery of San Francisco in 1967, and numerous other venues and galleries.
