Kelly Keith holds a BFA degree from Winthrop University in Rock Hill, South Carolina. Her colorful paintings are filled with images from pop culture, science fiction, and psychedelia and, as is the case with Portrait of Laura Stout, are very often infused with ironic or irreverent humor. She currently lives and works in Charlotte, North Carolina.
