Circa 1900, mahogany veneer, deal secondary, banded top, hinged lid, interior with two hinged mirrors creating a tri-fold mirror, rear panel with fitted compartments having eleven silver and glass jars and bottles, each with mark of Mappin & Webb, London, 1909 date marks. Two swing hinged trays with lower shaped beveled glass tray fully open to the sides of the case, revealing a fitted compartment, hinged glass panel with two removable divided leather trays which reveal two hidden drawers, the case with two flush drawers on square tapered legs with line inlay on brass casters.

Shrinkage crack and surface scratches to lid; no key; warp to lid causing a gap at the left side when closed; interior with fading, wear and staining; missing some accoutrements; rear legs with joint looseness and some separation from case. Some scattered denting and scratches to silver lids; one oval dish with crack and repair to glass; tall rectangular bottles with some tight interior stoppers, three missing sterling collars.
