Private NC Estate

The aging Auguste Renoir was himself incapacitated when writing this letter to an ailing friend. Given his severe rheumatoid arthritis, the artist had to send his son, Pierre, to visit in his place.

Hinged appropriately with two small strips of fabric tape along the back's top edge; overall light age toning; central horizontal fold; very good condition.
