Attributed to upcountry South Carolina or foothills of North Carolina, late 18th century, poplar, yellow pine and white pine secondary, dovetailed case, hinged lipped slant lid with loper support, stepped interior with two document drawers, ten small drawers, four lipped graduated drawers, later shaped bracket foot base.
