Harriette de Sanchez was a New York based artist who exhibited frequently throughout the city and in Philadelphia at the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts. In 1938, a painting of hers, titled Sunday Afternoon: Dorset, Vermont was included in the Annual Exhibition of the PAFA.
