Both items of stamped brass with lead fill, the breast plate being 65mm diameter and fitted to a 55 in. leather sling; the belt plate is 58 x 90mm with arrow hooks and is fitted to a 38-1/2 in. belt, the underside stamped C. E. LYON MASS. CO. A. The period of stamping is unknown.
