Circa 1780, white pine secondary, dovetailed case, hinged lipped slant lid with bread board ends, loper support, nicely developed interior with central prospect door featuring a relief carved shell opening to reveal three small stacked drawers flanked to each side by four pigeon holes with shaped valances above four small drawers, the case with one small long drawer above two side-by-side drawers above two long drawers, all lipped and graduated with full dust boards, applied molded base raised on pronounced ogee bracket feet on pad.

Lid and drawer facings featuring figured walnut.

Dark staining and wear to top surface; lid with lip loss to right corner; cut/patch/repair at hinge joint, replaced hinges and lock; drawer runners rebuilt; later pulls with plug holes; ogee feet are old and appear original.
