Late 18th century, mahogany veneer, white pine secondary, painted metal face marked "John Wood, Devizes", hood with arched door and scalloped crest, reeded columns, the face featuring a coach and four horses, floral spandrels, second hand and date dial, the case with hinged waist door, triple line dark and light wood inlays throughout, fluted quarter columns, the lower panel with highly figured veneer, stepped base on ogee bracket feet, with two weights, pendulum, clock key, case key.
