Heavy sky blue kersey wool with tan lining and reinforcements; fitted throughout with General Service eagle device buttons (Albert GI 94), the front of the body having four likely original 20mm buttons and a 22mm button while the back has two 20mm buttons and the cape with six 16mm buttons. (Overall length 44 in.; sleeve 24-1/2 in.; shoulders 21 in. across) (an old 3-1/2 in. patch on the skirt; scattererd mothing and light stains; some wear and separation at seams; generally, a solid garment).
