Mid 20th century, labeled "made by Joseph Gerte Co. / Boston," multi-part form, fine quality craftsmanship featuring a traditional breakfront form, peaked pediment with pierced carved shell and egg-and-dart molding above dentil molding, astragal mullioned doors, shelved interior with gold-tone papered interior, projecting base with four graduated drawers, flanked by two small upper drawers above two hinged cabinet doors, flush flat form base.
